Super Cab Cargo Cover?

I've seen the nifty cargo covers that pull out from the back wall of the cab to cover the space behind the front seats for older model Rangers, and I would love to have one in my truck. My question is whether or not I can put one in my truck without any modifications. I know it has the notches that it hooks into, but I didn't know if it actually has anywhere to mount to or not. Advice?

If you want help you need to give us something to go on. Make a signature and tell us what year you have. The last time I saw one of those was mid 80's.

Like kris said, if you have a 4door, it isn't gonna fit. I can vouch since I have a 4 door truck

I've got one in my truck.
Only issue is where the stops are. mounting it to the back wall is super easy to do. you just need the little "J" slots in the door to hold it in place.

My bad, guys. I totally spaced putting my info in. It's a 2000 2-door supercab. Like I said, I forgot they ever had these until I saw the notches on the sides of my cab. I read somewhere that they got rid of the covers without getting rid of the notches.

How exactly does it mount to the back wall?

You take the backing plate off. and i believe its screws in under there.
I can't remember. If nobody else chimes in, i'll go take mine apart and let you know.

i took one out from a jy and sold it to a friend. the holes were already there in the back of the cab. bolted right in place. there are a couple small bolts and slide on nuts. 10 minute job.

Anyone have one of the Teragon retractable covers that are advertised on the site? I like the hard top ability that can be easily removed.

He's not talking about a bed cover, he's asking about a retractable vinyl shade that fits behind the seats inside the cabin.

Thanks, guys! I might have to keep my eyes peeled for one at a junkyard. Otherwise, I might have to buy myself a Christmas present and spend too much for one online. lol

Does anyone have pictures of one installed?
Just got a 2011 Sport Super Cab. It has the side tabs and I'd love to install one of these!

heres mine, came with the truck. i made a in-cab tool box to go behind the drivers seat & made it short enough that the cover will go over it. i rarely use mine though, just dont think about it i guess.

Do you only have to remove the panel directly above where the cover goes?

Anyone know where to buy one of these other than the stealership or a junk yard?
