Nice. For that price I'd probably try to make my own... althought it might look more like an Errector Set.

its no bigger than a CB wide or so, its only if you are into lots of usefull electronics, not if yer trying to have some luxury interior

Thats nothing. Thes ones that go in police & other emergency vehciles go from the dash to the back of the seat and are usually fully loaded up.

I prefer the Jotto-Desk brand consoles. They look much nicer.

I used to have a center console in my old '84 ranger for various electronics. However when I wrapped the truck around a tree one morning, it was split in half. The equipment in my truck now is all individually mounted. I just put a console like that one in a friend's Tahoe for his fire radios and switch panel. Came out really nice.

Me, John, and a few other people here could make great use of those things. If all you have a is a CB an a switch panel, it would be excessive.

We wont ship to Alaska but he'll ship to canada.. love it when people do that. I wouldn't buy this though, first it's too expensive for the use I'd get out of it and second my shifter is where it would go.

err you ship to alaska marine lines and put "c/o ak marine lines
address to seattle here

but above the marine lines you put your address. Then they ship to marine lines, which ships it to you.

Yeah, my shifter would get in the way. My scanner and cb would fit nicely in there though :)

Havis-Shields Explorere Equipment PDF (Go To Page 3 of 4)

I sell Havis Shield consoles which look a lot nicer than that ebay one and I depending on what one you get are cheaper new. For those of you with Explorer consoles I provided a link so you can see that they make Vehicle Specific for them. They are nice after I take the truck to Wharton at the end of the month it is getting an overhaul. New Rings, Seals, and Gaskets for the motor. The inside is getting stripped out new floor boards welded in the fix the rusted out holes and a pair of Bucket seats (provided by Jeffro) In the center of the bucket seats will be a console with the CB, Scanner, Emergency Light Switchbox, and Cup Holders.

That thing is pretty damn expensive. I made my own out of MDF, and put it where my middle seat used to be. I can add switches and stuff whenever I want, I just have a CB in it right now. I love that thing
