Update With PICS!!!

Well as you know I painted my interior , made center console so heres my progress thus far.
Will warn you its not finished + my camera has somehow diluted
the colors so the olive drab green is lighter than in real life ,
it looks great to me but on with the pics .

Most of the trim ,

taping off everything after getting frustrated with dash removal !

Laying down some paint , PREP PREP PREP , I left all the prep pics out

Complete paint , And down shot of console and radio , the Olive is much darker in real life It looks bad in the pics

Another veiw of console !

Now on the list ,
1st mount Diamond plate cover where stock stereo is to mount Aux switches
2nd mount CB beside stereo in console
3rd mount switche in diamond plate cover
4th mount computer fans to circulate air inside console , and Aux power outlet .
5th lay down herculiner , then dynomat , then finich with black carpet and headliner.

Its really not that bad , in one weekend I painted all the trim peices and let them dyr all week , Friday afternoon intalled everything , Sat burned 3 hours trying to take dash , then decided to paint it in the truck took less than 2 to get it done let it dry overnite reinstalled everything sunday morning all in all ive got maybee 20Hrs invested in everything .

Well I mounted my HU in the center console wich left a gaping hole in the dash where the radio should go so im going to cut a black diamond plate panel to mount my switches on to go there , But dont really have time or money till first of year so I put the factory HU in there just to cover hole till then . gun holster is just jammed in there it stays in the truck when I get home at nights .

open your glove box and push the sides in and it will drop all the way down , then look in there and UNPLUG THE AIR BAG FIRST , then just two 11mm bolts and it will slide right out .

The black paint is SEM vinyl spray paint , only prep was adhesion promoter did 5 coats promoter and 8 coats paint . key is thin coats .

The OD is Krylon fusion Flat spray paint , this was tricky since I painted only hard plastic trip peices , I used 3 coats adhesion promoter then 3 coats of krylon fusion porimer then 3 coats OD green paint .
