Water leak

Ok, so I have a leak. I dropped the headliner thinking it was coming in through the third brake light area, but its not. Unfortunately. It seems to be leaking around the rear window seal. I noticed that there's several nuts around the inside perimeter of the rear window and was wondering how hard the window is to pop out....im guessing theres more to it than that. Anyone have any suggestions on how to possibly fix it?
The seal looks good from the outside, can't even really tell where its sneaking in at. The local glass place told me $270 to pop the glass out if they can't fix it without replacing the glass, and there's a chance the glass will break in the process.
