What do I do about this horn

I know that I am not able to get an air bag because it is a 93 Ranger but I am unsure what to put in its place

Aftermarket steering wheel

I could always try an aftermarket steering wheel I just don't know at this point

You can get a 1993/4 steering wheel from wrecking yard, same two spoke design in those years, try car-part.com
