Does anyone know the name for this, and where you can buy interior stock parts?

i would just call it a back panel. ebay, junk yard, or dealership will be the only places to get it.

 

your talking the panel where the jack mounts too?

 

The panel that is like screwed to all the other trim just underneath the sliding rear window.
It's like 3 feet long or so, and 10 inches wide.

Is there any place that sells paint to recondition interior parts... like in factory colors?
