the HVAC takes a 161, some guys say use a 194 but then it gets hot and over time will melt the clear plastic behind it. the headlight switch bulb is not replaceable unless you make an LED for it (search here) or buy a new switch

I believe any small/short T10 based bulb/LED should work in the HVAC.
I'm using some 7x LED bulbs in mine & they look much better.

The headlight/4x4 switch bulbs are not replaceable, BUT I do an LED conversion that looks MUCH better, brighter & lasts longer than the stock bulbs.

All you need to do is send me your bulb holder (I'm out of extras right now) & I can mod it & send it back to you in a couple days. I have a post here on my LED conversions.

PM me if you're interested.

NOTE: cable blend door trucks take a #74 bulb. The same tiny bastard as the idiot lights in gauge clusters.

I've been searching high and low at yards for an RBV with a cable blend door and a t10 based(194/161) bulb....they don't exist.
