its a great place,, state forest actually.. there is a river pond and swamp,, hill climbs,, rock crawls,,, i loveit,, just ask every person you wee with rig, you will hear of somewhere.. I in a off roadin group we get big groups and winches so u can try anything.. .,., i love the feedback guys... thanks

looks like a great place to wheel. Some of those boulders look pretty scary. Get some new meats and your truck will look killer.

i would take mine across that in a heart beat.. even in 2wd! i absolutely LOVE that kind of terrain!


my grand parents live near Preston, I'll need to go wheelin with someone when I'm up visiting next summer..
and about the skid plate.. i said the same thing "i know i know..." then i destroyed mine and $250 later i was driving home.. another $50 and i built this beefy monster

preston is where i hang out!!! goood town,,, right next to these trails they in Voluntown..,..,,. i got buried in a water hole... and a kid bent his control arm on his cherokee,.,., thats about it,,, and u wouldnt make it in 2wd... this section is way tougher than its looks buddy,.,, and i really need to get one... i wanna weld one but buyin it is safer ahhaa, glad yall enjoy the pics..

IS preston near Norwich? that sounds soo firmiluar?.. If soo My sister and her fam live in Gales Ferry near Groton.. Love it down there! I would deff like to go wheelin down there sometime

im not afraid to romp on it
but by the time my truck see's that part of the country that would be too easy lol

awesome. i may be there at the end of june but i only have a week off so i probably wont be able to meet up. when i gradtuate i think im going to take a chunk of time off before i get a job and i'll probably go spend a few weeks up with my dad in NY and over in CT with the grand parents

if i remember correct norwich is pretty close to preston? idk exactly

yeah i live between norwich and preston ,, good ol town called Lisbon..,., and yeah a did not know it ws that bad. btu i was in line hahah so i had no choice... but i did nto even get stuck..
