So we got some fresh snow in the local mountains this past weekend so we decided it would be a good time to take the trucks out for some wheeling!

We took my Ranger, a friends Ranger (a cross between my truck and Beards, has a Dixon Bros kit and a Supercharged 4.0), a Jeep Cherokee, and a Unimog. Fun times were had by all.

 

Great looking pics as always. Where did he find that Unimog?

 

is that the ranger they built for tha magazine?

Awesome trucks. The Rangers almost look out of place in the snow.

He had it shipped over from Germany. The thing is bad *** for sure!

They are both magazine trucks. The white one is Project 4x4Link (Off-Road) and the silver one, which I'm sure you are referring to, is Project RangeRunner (Four Wheeler). And for good measure the Mog was just featured in 4-Wheel & Off-Road.

Sean actually sold the truck about a year and a half ago, and fortunately a good friend of mine was able to buy it. So it's being well taken care of and wheeled regularly.

The stripes came off about a year ago, they were cool in the magazine, but a little much for driving it every day.

Big Bear. Holcomb Valley to be specific.

You get a 4x4 I don't know about? I'll be sure to give you a ring next time, this one was pretty last minute, my truck was still in pieces just a couple days before. We may go somewhere Monday, I'll let you know.

kinda weird seeing a pre-runner type truck wheeling in the snow like that, idk why maybe just used to seeing them in the sand all the time, awsome pics though, like seeing the silver truck that im so used to seeing in the magazine out and about, feel free to steal the supercharger and sent it on over.....ill pay for shipping
