**OFFICIAL KNOX MEET HEAD COUNT**
Hoz, did you already book the shelter we were at in March? If not, it's open all day Friday the 9th, but is already booked all day the 10th and 11th. There another one in the park (not sure where) called Concord Park #6 that we can reserve that is still open all three days for $55 a full day, 30 a half. This one looks like it might be a bit more secluded, with less interference for showing off the trucks. the cove (where we were in March) is good for the shelter, but the parking is a mess.

Hey I'll be there w/o a doubt. I may get there on Fri around 5 ish or maybe earlier, depends on classes for that friday. Thanks for including me Josh, as ya'll know my internet here at the house sucks.

Ok question has come up because of hotel costs for that weekend. AGAIN THIS IS JUST A QUESTION!!! Who is up for movin the meet to the weekend before? I know alot of people have requested that weekend off from work and what not as myself but with plenty of notice i can have it changed. Lemme know...Thanks!!

going to get a accurate head count of who's coming to the meet. The meet is planned for the weekend of the 9th-11th of Oct. We're stayin at the Baymont Inn off Fort Campbell RD (farragut) exit 373, off I75N/I40E In Knoxville Tn. I will plan on callin the hotel and makeing reservation for everyone to call and reserve there OWN room/s. YOU are responsible for pymnt of your room!! The park is about 5 mins down the road and there is a wild wing cafe resturaunt next to the hotel that we will hit up sat night.
For those caravanin together from georgia/alabama/tenn...we will be meeting in Cleveland TN at the texaco. Thats exit 25 off I-75 N. promptly @ 9 am. we will be leavin PROMPTLY by 10am.
I wanted to get an accurate head count for hotel purposes and may have to get with park and reserve something for that weekend to garuntee that we have a spot. for those that were there last yr you know why...lol!! We will start a list in this thread of who's comin and GOOD possibilities!!

LOL!!! i know that route well when i was comin and goin from baltimore!! BE CAREFUL comin through WV down 81 troopers are bad and they only give you 5 over!!!! when you come down 81 you'll look for 695W i believe which is also 75S. get on 695 and hit 75S and just look for exit 373. Its a good ways down 75S. Im not sure which way your comin but i took hwy320 through inner harbor and charles town to WV hwy7 to I-81 that cuts about 1-2 hrs off your time!!
