Its hard to get a pistol in NY. Some counties are harder than others. The county I am in now is hard and there is a wait period to get one. But the county that I go to school in is really easy.

But you have to be 21 to get one. Its 18 to buy a rifle or shotgun. Just need an ID and a 'clean' record. And like 16 with parental consent.

When I bought my 22 I was in and out of the store in a half hour.

i think 21 is a federal thing.

my 870 was a 30-45 min ordeal beacause it was at walmart.. and they had to call.. blah blah blah

the 91/30 was quick in and out because the guys at the gun show knew wtf was up.. still had to call but it was quick.

the Mossberg will be exchanging of money and done

Yeah my 22 was at walmart.

My buddy bought one the day before me (mini 14) and the guy was slower. Took about 45 minutes. When I bought mine the guy new what he was doing so it was quicker.

It does roll up. Rolls up, tilts, locks, has it all. Best soft tonneau out there.
