What did you all decide on? 11 I didn't feel like searching through the 11 pages lol, but I would love to come Im only a couple hours from mass

 

this thread is not really a meet thread its just a MA thread there is no meet, but if we do decide on meeting up it will be clearly noted on the last page. this is more or less a thread of me and dan going back and forth on when we meet up to go to lost lake, we post here in case anyone wants to join us.. in the past 11 pages i wana say there were probobly like 20 meets of me and dan going to lost lake, no one ever shows up its usiwaly just dan and i..

 

thats because im so sick of that place. but no one can go to the places i know. if you guys want something new i can talk to my buddy dennis and see if we can go to his camp in warwick, ma, right outside Orange. its pretty fun and not to difficult unless you want it to. its something different and good times

i tend to get stuck everywhere and now with no tow hooks it sucks haha

 

Only if I had a 4x4 I would be up for going to the meets. I still go offroading but I gatta be careful cause I get stuck a lot and I would hate to be a burden.

 

Matt i`m up for somewhere new.. is it legal?.. Jason are you up for somewhere new? and ayone else is welcome... ford ranger xlt i`m not tell you that you cant come i`ll tow ya out as long your lifted a little but i`m pretty sure 4x4 is mandatory, well 99 offroad ranger as tow hooks go , it up to you if ya get stuck and need to be pulled out , your crawling under your truck and attaching the tow strap.... right jason... remeber your spare tire carrier....lol

haha ya ill attach the strap. im getting a new steering rack thursday...truck is pissin out power steering fluid
i should be fine with my body lift and 33"MTs right?
as long as there isn't too much crap which i can get stuck in ill go or if theres a way around the deep crap...i just went to some place i been meaning to check out for a while and it sucked...it was like a sandpit with some mud i just ripped through and there is a trail there also which is i believe pretty long but there is a huge rock in the middle i know ill bottom out on with the t-bar plates and such.

 

haha who knew a recovery strap would rip half way through your tire carrier, then again i was stuck on a rock twice the size of my truck. im up for some where new. im thinking if the new places have steep hills im gona need a locker before i go.. this open diff is killing me...

 

thats the next thing im getting is a locker. i have a l/s but doesnt do much haha
if anyone goes today i can go where there isn't anything with a ton of mud and crap....my steering rack is already pissin out fluid so i don't want to make it worse.

 

well since its suposed to pour in the next hour or two its probobly gona be pretty muddy lol.. i hate off roading in the rain, you cant lean out your window when judging rocks,hills,drops ext... with out getting soaked..

im down. just a question though. where there is mud and stuff deep...is there a way to go around? I dunno if my truck will be fixed by then so i just want to know if i can go around the stuff or is it not too bad?

my laptop just kicked the bucket and now im in search of a new one...kinda need it for school.

 

there are some goa rounds. but all and all the trail is pretty stock friendly . and the mud is not to bad.. you should be just fine..

so the date is set , its the 2nd of may at brians place on rt# 140 n off rt#2 in Ashburnham Ma. meet up @10;00 trail head is about 2mins up the road..99offroad you should bring you own tow straps just in case you dont have a tow point by then ..lol Jason are ya coming?
