my truck should be ready to go in a week or two so im up for some wheeling soon. locked f/r with full skids should be fun. not to mention i dont really have to worry much about body damage anymore as the bed is still crushed from the roll.

 

why dont you put a roll bar on it? i know they are ugly but maybe its worth it for you matt.. im thinking about putting one on but i use my bed alot, and i have been thinking of getting a toolbox..

 

store bought roll bars are useless. they bolt to the bed not the frame and are made of thin wall tube. i dont plan on leaving the bed on it but for now its gonna stay. my buddy is buying a hydrolic bender and i plan to use it to make bumpers, sliders, and a tube bed. come spring time.

were lookin to get a meet together on columbus day, october 13th in wrentham ma (location subject to change maybe but were trying to find the most central location)

this spot is also pretty close to Rhode Island and Conn. for those guys if they wana join

modding the green truck? i dont think swapping a new cab on a truck after it rolls is considered modding.

 

right i agree matt but you said your gona put bumpers and sliders on it.. you also said it was locked front and rear.. that is modding :) repairing body damage is nto by any means modding lol

im putting bumpers and sliders on it so i can wheel some harder trails with it til my big trucks done. and theres no way im going to ashburnham all the time with my big truck. no point. by the way i thought you said ashburnham was hard, we did it in an 89 corolla on saturday in the rain. only needed one tug. haha

 

yeah me and dan whent on sunday the trail was alot easyer this time. how the hell did you get a corolla up that hill before the sand pit?

matt you gota take me to troy i really wana try that trail, im getting bored with ashburnham but i like wheeling and its all we got.

how far from wrentham is it?

 

atleast an hour.. its like 10miles from the NH border.. all the way up 495 to rt 2 to 140 north. or you can go 495 to 290 to 190 to rt2 to 140.. from worcester i go 290 to 190 to rt2 to 140 takes me about 35-45 min..
