Here's what it boils down to:

Roswell - More to do, but not as many good trails or scenery.

Ruidoso - Less to do, but more trails and better scenery.

Either way though I don't think we are going to have enough time to go on any good trails since it gets dark by 5:30 now. So what are we planning on doing for the meet? Just photos and lunch?

 

i like it, photos, lunch and and hang for a while till everyone has to leave respectivly

 

im down. i personally like ruidoso since i gotta be at work 0400 monday morning but its up to everybody

 

Either place is fine, but Roswell is a shorter drive for me.

Aw, crap. Sorry guys, I didn't mean to cause all this confusion. I meant Ruidoso. I like it there for the fact of more trails and sights. After all, Isn't that something to do? I also figure, Ruidoso, is a little more in the center. Except for chappy. (Sorry Chap)

Alot of people don't even realize NM is a state in the US. They think it is somehow part of Mexico.

i went the dunes fri sat and today so if my truck doesnt fall apart before sunday i will be there. i have a tow strap peramanlty attached to my hitch from getting stuck and pulled on so many times it wont untie. lol

 

Knots and tow straps are a no-no.

 

well it started as a nice pretty easy to unhook loop then my other buddy added a knot to it and my other other buddy with a toyota decided insted of just pulling me out thought it would be a good idea to continue going up the dune dragging me backwards up and over until i locked up my brakes and he was forced to stop after he burried his truck it was kinda funny at the time

i hate to say it but i have a funeral to do sunday (im on funeral firing squad) so we rehersal sat evening for the funeral sun its a pvt coming in from afghanistan.

 

won't be able to make it again this time either. had to replace the water pump and that drained all of my funds again. plus its my dads b-day and we are taking him to the olive garden in El Paso, so maybe next time. sorry guys
