West Texas/Southeast New Mexico Meet

Ok I'm going to start this to see if we can get one going. I can't do it in July but I could in August so that is what I'm going to go for

One weekend in August and either Midland or Hobbs.

Might have to do it in Hobbs if Ryan can't get his truck highway ready

Lets start it

We could probably get more people at Hobbs if the other NM a little further west people show up

Here would be good, but I'll try to do whatever. As long as we do it on a weekend there shouldn't be any problems for me making it. There are a few places Koyn and I know of. One is kinda small but there is another one thats pretty good sized, and another I haven't wheeled at that is pretty big. We could find something to wheel on no doubt.

another idea is to go to the park at stanton but I don't know how good that would be for trucks

last time i went to the stanton track i jumped my truck 20 feet and busted the entire front end....besides that i was 16....anyway the track is much better if your on a bike. not much for trucks out there unless you wanna run across a almost dry lake bed.

How far is Hobbs from me? Google says just over 7 hours, but Google tends to go way over on the estimates.

If I can get Lee to split gas I would be down.

My birthday is the 14th, not that the 22nd bday even means anything.

Last time I went to San Antonio it was about 6.5 hours. Never driven to Austin though. I doubt it would take a full 7 hours though.
