We gonna do a morning or afternoon meet? I'd prefer morning personally so there's more time for wheelin. I just don't know what the people driving a couple hours would prefer.

Well we can eat at applebees or chili's or tia juana's. We don't have a lot of great restaurants. Koyn may know of a better place but those are the obvious choices. We can meet in a parking lot somewhere before we eat if you want, I'll have to think about that more though, I'm having a tough time thinking of a big parking lot that would be empty.

Well I don't think we'll be wheeling in Gilmer since its east of Dallas and over 500 miles from where we'll be meeting lol.

I probably won't make up my mind whether I'm going or not until the week of. Is there anywhere to camp out there? I'm too cheap for a hotel.

Unfortunately I don't think there is anything you can really do except a hotel. There isn't any camping in Hobbs lol.

What do you guys think of Applebees? I think we could meet at the First American Bank which is right next door to Applebees. The bank has a fair sized parking lot that should be empty on a weekend so we could all park together and BS for a while then mosey on over to applebees for lunch. From there Koyn and I could lead the way to one of the wheeling spots. There are two of them just a couple of minutes from the restaurant.

Here's the applebees address so if applebees doesn't work speak up!

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill‎
1330 Joe Harvey Boulevard
Hobbs, NM‎ 88240

Well Cortney still doesn't have a job so it looks like its a definite no from me. Her family will be up next summer for our wedding so who knows when I'll be down there next!

Just a couple of questions, is Hobbs 6 hours away from Austin? Does anyone know how far is Hobbs from San Antonio?
