I don't mind offroading, but I like keeping a nice truck as well...can't have both and have ur cake too. That's why I liked the beach and snow, I didn't have to really worry about anything, but rocks and trees are unforgiving.

Uwharrie isn't all hardcore ****. There's a guy on TRS (he may be on here too) who took his stock (02 IIRC) 4x4 up there and rode some of the trails...

Uwharrie Off

What are you worried about anyway Scott? Chicks dig body damage.

Click the link I posted. It shows different trails. They are all marked whether they are easy, medium, or difficult.

I mean i'll go too.. if it's not that bad. I just get the impression that it's pretty rough cause of some of the guys I hang with. they typically take full size trucks down there, and lets just say, mommy and daddy paid for theirs a long time ago. so a dent here and there to them isn't that bad. lol. but i'm down. I still think we could use some more suggestions though.

x2

There are a few trails that are really easy as long as it's not muddy and most of the harder trails have bypasses. Everything is pretty wide so you don't have to worry about branch scratches so much.

I'm a ***** too when it comes to dents. My truck wouldn't have any big ones if it wasn't for the ebrake giving out. Most of the time I just take it easy out there.

sounds like a plan to me then. I mean I don't mind stickin it up or anything you know, I just don't want to get down a trail and end up tearing something up. lol. i'll just ride behind somebody who's got about the same setup I got. lol. but it sounds like a good idea. i'm all for it. now we need a date.

Uhwarrie is about as central as it gets. I know the lowered guys wouldn't come but how many is there, 2?, taknotes and that guy from wilmington. They could bring fourwheelers or dirtbikes if they have them.

I just figured something like that would be better than meeting in a walmart parking lot and just standing around if you know what I mean. They have camping, Badin lake, horse riding......

All just suggestions, I can't really do anything til April anyway.
