HELLO. I HAVE A 03 FORD RANGER 3.0 I REPLACED THE THROTTLE BODY AND CLEARED THE CODES, RESET THE KAM AND NOT IT STARTS BUT SHAKES AND WONT STAY RUNNING VERY LONG, DIFFERS FROM A FEW SECONDS TO A FEW MINUTES, IDLE GOES UP AND DOWN. HAS FUEL PRESSURE A NEW MAF, IAC, TPS, THROTTLE BODY. NO CODES, HAVE HAD IT DOING THIS FOR 2 DAYS SO FAR

What method did you use to clear the codes? What prompted you to change the parts you listed? Are all your vacuum lines hooked up and in good shape? What you describe sounds like you have a big vacuum leak.

Also check firing order on the Coil Pack, I reverse these wires all the time, follow each wire to its spark plug
