I've been driving by the Ford Dealer in my 03 Taurus bomber drooling over an 09 Shelby Mustang they had sitting on the lot when lo and behold one day they have a nice white late model Ranger sitting by it. The Taurus was on it's last legs a year ago so it kind of called me in to look at it. I'm 6'3" so if I wanted it it had to be a super cab, it was. Since I miss my 89 Ranger and my 96 Dodge pick up I looked for a salesman. Once in it the first thing I notice is 16,500 miles, a baby. Took it for a spin and the A/C liked to froze me to death. Plenty of pep, this must be a V-6. Well it was priced right, they gave me enough for the 03 Taurus and it's now mine, a great truck to work out of with the 4.0 V-6, a bed liner, sliding back window, traction control, ABS, everything I wanted especially the cold A/C for these hot Memphis Summer days.
