25yrs
Hey everyone,
I bought a '97 Ranger in 1997. It had 743mi on it. Twenty five years and over 250k miles later, it's still going strong as my main vehicle. I have my eye on one of the new '22's, but I don't think I'll ever let the original go. I found this forum looking for some ideas to bring a little more life into it. So far I did the Seafoam and put one ziptie around the throttle cable (I could prob fit 3 in, but I didn't want to push it). Of course I've done very regular oil changes, tune-ups, been through a couple water pumps, radiator, all the usual things. When the registration is up in March I'm thinking about copper plates because why not. I'm getting it detailed for the 25yr mark, so will post a pic when I can. I love my Red Ranger!
Happy to find a place to see what others are doing and to learn about what more I can do for my truck.
Thanks, and have a great one!

That is a long time to keep a truck for sure!
I've had my 2003 Ranger since 2010, when it had 42,000. Now I'm a few thousand miles away from 200k, and plan to keep driving her for a little while longer.
