92 Ranger 2.3 limp mode.

Working on a 1992, Ford 2.3 manual transmision. I just put a rebuilt motor in , When it’s full throttle, the voltage is cut off to the TPS it’s about 3500-4000 rpm when it’s drops

Here’s what’s happening it’s low on top end power but when it hits full throttle and you hold it it Full throttle, the RPM drops all the way down to about 1000 and then picks all the way back up to about 4000 it runs fine otherwise just a little short on top end and power

It does not miss out, has 35 psi fuel pressure, good vacuum, new map sensor new TPS new IAC new ignition control mod, new o2 sensor

Does somebody know what can cause it to go into limp mode it’s an ODB 1 computer? It says there’s no limp mode, the only code I get is 122 low voltage from the TPS my voltage is normal .9 to 4.3 when it goes to 0 no
