Am new to this forum and need advice.

I have a 2004 Edge. I just had to replace the fuel pump and replaced the fuel pump relay at the same time. Now the fuel gauge pegs to full when the ignition is turned on and I have no digital readout on the dash.

Welcome to the forum

Fuel gauge goes to FULL when wire is disconnected, and goes to EMPTY when wire is shorted

So best guess is the fuel level sender wire didn't get plugged in or has a bad connection at the gas tank, or maybe the new fuel pump assembly has a bad fuel level sender, not at all uncommon unless it was Motorcraft Brand, the cheaper assemblies are cheaper for a reason, little quality control, but good warranties, lol

Fuel pump relay has no connection or effect on the fuel gauge

Not sure what you mean by "no digital readout"
Fuses 9, 10 and 33 in the cab fuse box, power the dash(cluster)
