herm59 <- I actually drive through a lot of Westchester Co. on my way to work in Stamford. Head down Rt. 121 almost every day.

RhodeRanger <- I moved up to Danbury in late '07 from Milford, which is where I first moved to when I got my job in Stamford. That I-95 commute sucked so bad I had to move. Still learning all the backroads around CT.

As a matter of fact I do. Shoot me a PM with your email and I can send you the PDF of the design. It's 3/16 steel. The Fabtech bar can be had most places for like $130 + shipping. The KC's I had laying around from my previous brush guard. If I was to have one built again there's a couple of minor changes I would make. It should've been about a half inch wider to make it easier to put on and there's a bit of a gap under the headlights since the back of the bumper just goes straight across. I'm going to whip up some aluminum "gap guards" over the winter just to tidy it all up a bit. Other than those two things, it's drill some holes and bolt it on. Uses the stock mounts. I'm 99% sure it'll fit any '01-'03 but I can't say for sure on anything before or after that since I don't know if they changed the brackets or not.
