Ford ranger dually flat bed

Im just wondering if anybody makes adapters to install duall wheels on my 99 ford ranger.. Yes I know it is a light duty truck.. I'm wanting to do this for looks so it looks good with the light duty flat bed I wanna build since my truck bed is rotting out.. Anybody have any input or info?? Thanx in advance

I've seen regular flat bed Rangers and they're pretty sweet. I've never seen a dually but I'm sure you could find one from a bigger truck and make it work

There were adapters but not sure they are available any more.

I dont think they make any adapters anymore. JCWhitney and Arrowcraft used to sell the adapters but since been discontinued. You will have to have custom adapters made.
