Friend of 91 Ranger Owner

Hello, I joined so that I might be able to help out a friend with repaiing his Ranger.

He's ran into a problem with replacing his break lines, apparently, he has a model that has two different couplings and we are can't seem to find any...

Admittedly, I'm not a mechanic so, I've taken on the task of "internet searcher"!

I don't know where to post this in the forum so, I decided to attach it to my intro ;-).

Here is a pic of what we are looking for (lo-res from cell phone camera)

Thanks!

A little more info about what you're looking for would be helpful. That picture doesn't tell enough of the story. A well stocked auto parts store or a brake parts distributor can usually come up with whatever you need in brake lines and fittings.

brake lines on a 91 are a pain expecally if they are rusty, i still have no clue what size i used because it was a different size for every fitting it seemed, my best friend was a dremal with a cut off wheel and line end connectors, there's 3 on my lines now

which part are you doing specifically, maybe you can take it with you to the parts store

Thanks folks, it would appear that he just "flanged" it himself by heating up the line and fitting it to an old master cylinder!?....but the breaks aren't bleeding properly now lol, the saga continues....
