I just bought a 1998 Ranger 2WD 2.5 liter, 5-SPD 92K miles. Got a pretty good deal on it. It’s a base model, 14 inch wheels, no AC, etc. It looks like an ex work truck that was once white then yellow and finally charcoal (amateur paint job). This is my second ranger and fifth ford. ‘69 Marquis (in high school), ’86 Turbo Coup, ‘91 Ranger, ’66 mint condition Mustang 289 2bbl, 3 spd. I miss the Mustang but since I sold it to a buddy I get to visit it once in a while.

My current vehicles consist of the before mentioned ’98 Ranger and a ’97 Sebring convertible (fun in the summer but sucks in the winter).

I ran across this forum while searching for info (of course) and I’m a member of a few other forums and have met a lot of great people that way over the years. Looking forward to participating here!
