Just bough.t an 84 ranger 4x4 5 spd with a 2.8. In pieces. I was told she nada bad clutch but one look at the old one and I could tell it wasn't th e clutch disc. It was the slave cylinder. So I got her resembled and the motor is in bad shape. So the question that brought me here is : is the 2.8 worth rebuilding or is a small block in order?
