Hey! From KC

HI! Recently picked up a 2004 FX4, 4.0, manual. From skimming the forum, I've gathered that basic performance mods are useless. Is that correct? I've upgraded the sound & plan a mild lift & bigger tire/ wheel combo at some point. Also, I have the 50/50 buckets. The armrest was gone when I got it. I found the Dorman steel repair kit but, I don't have the pad from a broken armrest to use. Anyone know where I can get my hands on one without spending a small fortune?

Is that a Warrensburg Chrysler Jeep Ram plate? I bought my Dodge 1500 from them, good group of guys.

Anyway, welcome to the forum. Glad to see another Central MO face in the crowd.

It is! I'm a KC guy though. 4x4, 4.0, manuals are going really quick right now so, I was willing to travel a bit to get one.

I don't blame you, that's a hell of a find.

As for getting your armrest fixed, your best bet is going to be a junk yard. I'm not super familiar with the KC area but I know they've got a
few pick and pull yards out there.
