Hi, I've come to this forum looking for information on my ranger 1994 motor 2.3 automatic transmission. Already has his years over but has a special affection because it was a gift from my father. As you can notice my English is not at all fluent, Greetings to all.

You have a 2.3l Lima engine in a 1994 Ford Ranger
Good reliable 4cylinder engine.
1995 to 2001 2.3l Limas had different front sensor setup so can't be used in 1994 and earlier Rangers
In 2002 Rangers got the 2.3l Duratec 4cyl engine, no relation to the 2.3l Lima engines, so searching for "ranger 2.3l" can get mixed results.
