Hi there I'm Wrench.

I just bought my ranger in October 2020. No mods yet. I'm a country boy from Minnesota. Looking for a group of like minded men and women that can assist with this project and I can lend advice to as well. Thanks for having me everyone.

Anyone know this part? I don't know what that is. It's broken and I have to replace it. Any news is welcome anytime.

Welcome to the forum

Its the noise suppressor capacitor(condenser) used on the spark plug coil to prevent radio interference, usually just on AM stations

While not required for engine operation its also not expensive or hard to replace, it does need to be bolted in to get a good ground to coil/engine

Always good to include the year of your Ranger in posts with questions, or put it in your "signature"
