I am new to this site.

I just purchased a 2003 Ranger XLT extended cab from my son. Nice truck, but a couple things I need to get done with it.

1st: The heater is stuck on HOT only. I cannot adjust the temperature, except if I change to MAX AIR then it will blow COLD air.

I am not sure if it is the attenuator, or maybe the panel behind the *****... Help?

2nd: I may want to add carpet to the truck as it only has the base rubber flooring.
