Howdy. Twin I beam radius arm bushings

I have a 1997 Ranger xlt 4.0l 4x4. I have the twin I beam front end. I'm looking to replace the radius arm bushings and I'm finding little to no how tos on the twin I beam set ups. Do I need to support the suspension to get the bracket off or can I just remove the bracket like the ones that don't have the twin I beams? If I need to provide jack support, where? I may have posted this in the wrong thread. New to the forum. I appreciate all insite I've gotten off of here. Has been incredibly helpful. Just getting my ducks in a row before I crawl under there.
