Bought my 93' 3.0L 5 speed 4x4 new, 211,000+ mostly carefree miles, and now facing the dreaded timing chain cover coolant leak, so perusing these forums carefully. On the edge of my abilities, wish I could find a local biz to help me out. Amazingly just got a quote from a local dealer for up to $3300 to repair. Otherwise a cherry rig with a freshly rebuilt transmission and new clutch. Wife says they'll bury me in this rig!

My first ranger i had was a 1994 4.0 v6 2wd that my dad bought for me i had that ranger from around 2007-2011.

How do you like your 93 what do you think of that 3.0 v6 ? thats alot of miles is that on the original engine ? Maybe there are businesses around there in vancouver for you.
