My name is Ray. I am from Colorado and purchased a 1998 Ranger XLT 2.5 from a farm Estate Auction for $1500.00. Almost did not get it home. I Need HELP.

Will not idle
My truck will idle on start up at about 750-800. Good powr in 1-3 gears. No power in 4th and drops RPM. If come to stop will die.
