Im not new but only been on here once

Please help me to understand how to post a new subject and thread...I am missing something...Oh and hi to all new joins, i hope you are having more luck than i am. Im trying to find out maybe why my 99 3.0 flexfuel xlt is getting 13 MPG!? Go ahead and ask the obvious questions then Ill probably let you know Iv done a lot to do the routine upkeep. Its going to be something other than regular maintenance, so any suggestions?

seriously though, welcome to R-F! you might want to do some maintenance to your truck, sounds like bad spark plugs maybee or a O2 sensor, or a LEAD FOOT! LOL
