kryptosdaddy's FIRST Ford!
Hi- well it's not really my first Ford- my first was a '71 or so f-150 that was entrusted to me by my Dad, it was a straight 6, 4 speed stick green beast that taught me how to use a clutch. Ah the 70's.
I recently (July 20th 2008) purchased a '96 Ranger XLT. 4.0 auto in absolutley EXCELLENT condition. I'll post a picture later.
The reason I'm on this site is simply to learn from you guys and gals ways to keep this vehicle running in top shape. I'm not into heavy modifications ect. I just want to squeeze the most value I can out of this vehicle-
Hey I'm good for it, my last truck, a '93 s-10 five speed 2.6 has 310 Thousand original miles on it!
Thanks cr

Thanks guys- I finally posted a pic of the ranger as my avatar-that black thing in the background is what is left of the s-10. That was a nice little work truck, the Ranger will be used a bit differently. cr
yup. I was just like you... not interested in modding. Well, my truck is far from stock now. Its better than stock.
Why is that? I don't need both vehicles and the Ranger will be used just for taking myself to work and the gas station.
