looking for Ranger advice and experience

I'm looking for a Ranger as an everyday vehicle, 40 mile commute, easy to fix when it needs it. I have been bigtime on CL looking, have ~$3k budget. I found a 95 4dr with dual fuel (gas and CNG) with 4.0/auto and 82k miles. Does that sound decent for my use?
I'm in PHX and would like to find the right Ranger for me in the next 10 days or so.

Oh yeah! 95 4dr! BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT!

82k is nothing. For the 3.0 liter I've seen over 300k running strong still. Not sure on the 4.0 much.

I am so glad I came here. I did buy the 95, but it is just an extended cab, not a four door. Got it for 2650 plus tax. Drove it home tonight, no surprises.
Will post pix when I take some and figure out how.
