Hey all! just bought my first ranger and signed up to this forum because i love to modify everything and anything. I picked up my 2001 XLT 4x4 with 130,000 miles for $5400. Its a silver supercab automatic 3 liter. It has the 8.8" l/s with 4:10 gears. Ive already heard that the 3.0 sucks but it does fine for a little truck. If i wanted a powerful truck i would have bought a lightning or powerstroke. Anyway ive already modified my airbox and dropped in a K&N air filter. My next plan is to buy the Xcal2 tuner for more torque and better gas milage. Im 18 and still in highschool. My other ride is an 11 second 89 mustang lx convertable. It has heads/cam/intake/spray. I pay for everything myself and do 90% of the work myself too. Anyway, just saying hey and thats my story. I plan on keeping my ranger till it dies so im sure ill need this site to help me along the way!

theres more sites then this one, Other ones just arent as friendly(haha). Atleast you got a 4.10's and l/s. You keepin it stock or going up or down?
