Hey all,
Just bought my first Ford, an 09 ranger xlt extended cab.

I have been searching for months for one with low mileage in the 2.3l 5spd combo. Coming from the car world you could see I was looking for the most efficient truck i could get my hands on, and all things considered, I am happy with the power.

I have spent alot of time on the car forums, previously on Nasioc, for subarus as I owned a WRX, an RS, and a forester. As i found myself less into driving unreasonably, and more into mountain biking and motorcycles, my priorities changed.

Currently I am very happy with my truck except for the lack of keyless entry and cruise control, which i have joined the forums to learn about. I am an able mechanic and worked on my subarus constantly, I actually installed a factory cruise control on my forester shortly after I bought it.

I will look for stickies, but feel free to share any common problems these trucks encounter, awesome upgrades, or reliability modifications I could make. I am not planning on any lifts, ugly body mods, or similar failures lol.

Ahh i see what I did there, just don't want to lift a 4cyl.

Besides that makes it harder to get the dirtbike in

 

why lift when you can lower, and not sacrifice MPG's

 

do you remember what members truck this is?

I was set on another white 06/07 but his looks good as well.
