New to the forum
Hello my name is Jeff and I am new to the ranger forum. I purchased a used 2006 Ford Ranger Sport 4x4 ext cab two weeks ago. I am seeking advise on fluid changes on the tranny, transfer case, and front/rear differentials. Not sure if I should post my questions here so I won't for now. I live in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas where I drive 19 miles each way to work. 4 miles of that is dirt road, 4 miles in and 4 miles out. I have been putting it into 4x4 high just for the heck of it on the dirt road. It has been my understanding that it is better to use you four wheel drive than to rarely use it. My truck is bone stock, for now. I have been looking at the kits for installing a Eaton M90 supercharger off of a '93 Thunderbird SC. I'm not looking to drag race my 4x4 but my drive to work consists of several steep climbs and an extra 60-70HP sure wouldn't hurt. Thanks in advance for everyones good advise!
