Hey y’all, just joined, I just picked up an 03 Ranger XLT V6 as a farm truck and came here for advise and knowledge. I’ve only been working on cars and trucks for a couple years but I plan on doing all repairs myself. She was someone’s daily workhorse and now she’s retiring on my farm with its only purpose will be Home Depot trips and trips to the feed store. This looks like a great place for info!

My new 03 XLT ready for farm duty

Welcome to the forum

Good reliable trucks

Any vehicle's engine should be warmed up fully or it will get condensation inside the engine
If your trips are short, under 10mins, then take the Long way once a week or every other week so a 20min drive

Kinda like "retired people" if they just sit around and don't get enough exercise.......................
