Hello everyone. I just joined the forum but I have had my Ranger for a while. I bought her new in 2001 and we just recently broke 100k miles together. She has been a good little truck, never letting me down, but last week the she over heated on me and for the first time she had be towed home.
After thirteen hours of working on her (had some issues) she has a new water pump, thermostat, timing belt, serpentine belt, radiator hoses, bypass hose, flushed radiator w/ new antifreeze, motor flushed and new oil.

This weekend I have do the brakes and as soon as my income tax check gets here (IRS is a mess) I will be replacing the A/C, EGR, DPFE sensor, upper and lower ball joints, rear shocks and God knows what else.

Then I am going to get some fun parts. :)

This her first trip anywhere without traveling under her own power. :(

Here's a pic of the Ranger.


I have a few plans for her. I want to paint the bumpers and rims black, replace the grille with a black billet grille, add a bull bar and some nerf bars. I have other plans but the involve the inside.

 

Painted the bumper and put in the billet grille.

I also added a bed liner today.

I'm thinking about a light bar on the front.

Not sure if I go with the smaller Safari bar or the larger Bull bar.
