Hey to all! My name is Brandon, I just recently got a 2004 Ford Ranger XLT short bed, standard cab, 2.3 duratec, AT truck...it has 60,000 miles on it right now. I am new to rangers so if anyone could tell me some cool aftermarket parts they make for this 2.3 or anything that would be great! Thanks!!!!
