Hey everyone I bought my first ranger about 2 months ago its an 05 xlt 4x4 4.0 v6 automatic ext cab (w/o back seats) it had 40,500 miles on it and I got it for $7000 its in almost perfect shape (except for normal daily driving spots) but I love it and I hope to make it last a really long time. I have been reading everyday on this site about new things to do to it. So far I have done the turn-signal mod, fog light mod, cranked t bars 1 and a half turns, I have bought wheels and a new set of BFG ko 33 12.50 15's but they are just setting in the garage right now because I am still waiting on my body lift to get here. This truck will see almost no off roading excpet for maybe a few mud holes. Also I have a westin brushguard that I got from cl for $100 the guy said it was from an explorer but its the right width but it wont clear rhe valence so I'm going to do some trimming on it and have some monts made and it will bolt to where my tow hooks are now. I was wanting to see some pics of trucks with the valence trimmed to still have there tow hooks after the body lift. Also I was wondering what you think running the bigger tires I have might hurt with just average street driving. Thank yalll so much for the info.
