Hi all, thought I would join this forum since I've been floating around for a while and got tired of not having access. My truck is a 2001 Ranger Edge 4x4 in Chrome Yellow with the 4.0 SOHC. Engine is bone stock, but I am waiting on a XCal and tunes from Doug at Bamachips at the moment. On the exterior I have added 06+ badges on fenders and tailgate. Chrome grille and running boards also have been added. Sunvisor also has been painted to match. I also added a Bug deflector with "Can You See Me Now?" on it, since the truck is so bright! A tonneau cover also has been added. Also had the truck converted to SI/DO exhaust exiting below the bumper which sounds great. I recently added the Hurst shifter and am loving it! I eventually want to change the ball to the white version and add a "Hurst Equipped" emblem on the tailgate. Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself and my truck. If someone could give me a tip on how to upload pictures, that would be great. Is there any limit on size here? Looking forward to seeing you guys in the future!

You can upload your photos to Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket for free -or any other online image hosting site. Then you just insert the link of the photo between these [img] [/img] and BAM, you've got photos.

Thanks for the comments. The truck has had one minor change to it since I took those pictures. The rear bumper was changed out to chrome because some guy rear ended me and I needed a replacement. Question for everyone, I was thinking about changing the front bumper to the chrome version, like on a XLT. What do you think?

 

personally id go find who ever took your edge grille away from you and take it back.

Ha Ha, I took the edge grille off myself since it was faded and I didn't feel like having it repainted. I'm kind of a chrome kind of guy, hence the grille, running boards, and emblems. The edge grille would've looked nice if it wasn't faded, but I decided to add some more flash.

welcome to the site, chrome front bumper would look great if you put the other grille back on, paint it while you wait for the bumper to come in... would look good black or killer in yellow, then sell the chrome one. the chrome grill ontop of a chrome bumper will look like ***.

 

You mean paint the whole honeycomb and outside yellow or just the outside? I hate to say it, but that chrome grille was the first thing I bought for the truck. For some reason, it just seems boring to me now. How much do you think I could get for the chrome grille? I would have to repaint the honeycomb black if I wanted to switch back, since it is faded.
