Nice looking Ranger, not a RED Ranger but it can always be painted

2003 was last year for the analog instrument cluster and GEM body computer

It has PATS(passive anti-theft system) so needs a transponder key to start it, MAKE SURE you have spare WORKING KEYS, or you will be stuck if you lose the key or it stops working
Most Locksmiths can add PATS keys to your computer via Laptop, or there is a software called FORSCAN that allows you to add keys

2003 Edge 4x4 could have 3.0l or 4.0l V6 engine
3.0l Vulcan is a reliable engine, but under powered unless you keep RPMs high, i.e. 3,500-4,000rpms is best power, thats its DESIGN
4.0l SOHC is a strong engine but...............you should plan on changing the 2 timing chain tensioners unless you KNOW they have already been changed, its not hard to do, and needs to be done

EDGE came with 5-speed manual stock(M5OD-R1), but had option of 5-speed Auto(5R44E or 55E)

EDGE 4x4 should have 4.10 Rear(and front) axle ratio, Limited slip was optional
