Whats happenin guys. So last wednesday i went and bought a 93 ford ranger has the 4.0 v6 in it with the… m5od-r1 is it? To make a long story short i was told it needed a clutch which ok no big deal figured ill just get a clutch for it. When i got it back to my house though i fired it up pressed the clutch in put it in gear released the clutch annnnd nothing, zilch, squat. Wont move. In any gear.
tried 4x4 and 4 lo and still nothing
im also able to push the shifter into gear with the engine running without pressing the clutch pedal in without it grinding as if the teeth werent there shifter just kinda drops in

i tried searching for someone that may have had a similiar problem but all i keep seeing is how it doesnt want to go into gear

Has anyone expierenced the same issues that i have? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
