New here, kind of

Hey guys. I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada. Found this site a while back, and joined. Just now getting around to actually posting anything. Haven't had to ask any questions yet, so much info on here lol. Bought my '08 in November of '07, and absolutely love it. (Especially the 4.0L) Awesome site, I had been looking for a decent Ranger site for a while and I most definitely found it!

I was actually a little miffed after I bought it. It seemed to me that there were alot of Vista Blue Sport Rangers running around. Upon closer inspection, I believe only myself and two other guys in my area have blue sport models

Honestly, I think the '08 Ranger is the best looking truck Ford currently makes. The new half tons are certainly nice, and I definitely wouldn't mind owning one, but the Ranger has a certain something about the way it looks that just kinda makes you say "wow". I went in planning to buy an F-150, and the Ranger just stared at me from across the lot and beckoned me to take it for a test drive. I took out a half ton, which rode nicely and was big and comfy and had a 5.4 Triton. Took the Ranger out 5 minutes later, and it just spoke to me. I fit in it like a glove, the engine was super responsive, and it felt big for a little truck. Got back to the dealership and signed the papers. Just one of those things that instantly felt right.
