I have a 1987, extended cab, 4x4. That I bought new in 1987.
Had 100,000 miles on it when water pump went out. Made the mistake of
letting it sit for about four years and could not get it running. Put all new internals
in the motor and of course new fuel delivery system. Maybe drove it 1000 miles since.
Having a little trouble with the hydrulic clutch and of course the new tires are starting to
dry rot. What should I do with it???

Welcome to the forum
Not sure what you mean?
Its a 33 year old pickup truck, if its running then it has a value for you or someone else, but not a high value
They are not really "collector cars" but if the interior is good you might find a buyer willing to pay a bit more for that, the miles aren't really a factor, IMO, because of the years, it was sitting ALOT so low miles is not a benefit
I would look at your local craigslist or truck trader to see what similar vehicles are selling for, and thats ASKING PRICE not selling price
And then decide if you would rather have the money or the vehicle(after investing some money into it)
If you decide to sell it then get a price in mind and post here: https://www.ranger-forums.com/ranger...-vehicles-104/
Include location and pictures if possible
Manual transmission is a selling point as is 4x4
There are also other Ranger forums that have Buy/Sell sections
