It's great to have a place to talk about my favorite truck with 235,000 mi on it. However its time for a new motor. Any suggestions?

It's an 04 with 235,000 on it . I love the truck, but wonder if I should put a new motor in it. It is still very clean, with all new rubber. I mite get a re-mfg. motor for it. 4.0
